question about global.db of Dropbox

Hello, I've extraced the global.db of dropbox from an Android device which has a table named shared_links. It has stored file paths which lead to a local folder which has the name of the image/Video and in the folder there are thumbnails of the video or picture as far as i understand.

Does anyone know at what conditions these paths are created?
Maybe when i create a link of my pictures and videos and share it?
