I graduated with a BA in 2021. I didn't expect to find a job in the field quickly, because most places around me were in a hiring freeze, but I did get a couple interviews and asked at each one why I didn't have a certificate or which one I was trying to get.

Searching job listings now every one I see says "Required: a valid \[list of several abbreviations\] certification".

It's a catch 22 of needing one to find …
