Psychological Minefields

Is this something one should expect anywhere (but potentially more so in cyber)? First rodeo with narcissistic personalities, being disregarded, not included, and overtalked in meetings when asked a question, rampant credit stealing, to name a few.

Had expected the workaholism, but the others are quite new. Not new to IT, despite being addressed behaviors seem to continue... Curious of any first hand experience and personal takes
