PSA: Samsung users please turn off "send diagnostic data" and "android personalization service"

There is a setting that is slightly obscure on samsung phones, its called "send diagnostic data" and by default is turned on. Be sure to go into your settings and turn it off, it should be in the privacy section of the settings. There is also one called "android personalization service" you should disable that too.
