PSA: Android's "App Settings and Permission Manager" is hiding permissions under "special access" - Pathetic even by Google's non-existent standards

I'll try to keep this short but felt it's worth noting as I couldn't find much on "special access" (not even sure how new it is to android).

I have been on the graphene/linux train for awhile now (very happily) so not a total newb, but always trying to learn. I say this because I might be missing something since I don't use android regularly any more, but I doubt it.
