Privacy & Freedom in the Information Age www.reddit.com

I know someone who was recently mugged and the muggers made her open her iPhone so they had access to all her apps and accounts. They then used venmo to drain her bank account.

Other than doing no mobile banking and Apple Pay, what are some ways to safeguard against this?

I don’t keep any of my banking apps or Venmo logged on and have 2fa to get into my password manager.
