Proprietary apps on a degoogled phone - what can it collect?

Can anyone who understand the issue in details help me? I want to install Viber on my main profile on a degoogled phone (no work or user profiles). Viber has a lot of trackers and i know i wont be annonymous on the app. But what can it get outside of the app?:
