I work for a small private sector eDiscovery firm in their forensics department...which is just me. Most of our work is in civil court dealing with employee exits, IP cases, business disputes, and the occasional white-collar crime. We use Cellebrite and ModeOne for mobile devices, FTK Imager and Sumuri Recon ITR for imaging of computers, drives, servers, etc. FEC for email collection. Autopsy for image analysis.
