“Private Photo Vault” Glitch

Any reason I can’t reorder my photos now? Any photo uploaded after a certain point is stuck in it’s spot in the order, and when I try to rearrange the new photos into a different spot, they return to the original spot where they were placed when originally uploaded. Does that make sense? Is it some IOS glitch? Any help is appreciated, ik it’s a hyper common app on IOS.
