Hi! Many hosting providers give free email hosting with really cheap web hosting plans or with domains (ie., Gandi, Hetzner). So, let's suppose the following:

* One uses a reputable company for hosting, with a sane privacy policy.
* Domain privacy is active on the domain, so WHOIS info is hidden.
