Private android device

Does anybody have an idea on where to find android device without camera or SIM slots? I've looking for tablets and there are a lot of them w/o cellular, but they all have at least one camera. What I'm actually looking for is something as compact as smartphone with maybe only Wi-Fi, but having no wireless connection whatsoever would be fine too. Are there any options?
