Private and Sercure ToDo List

I am looking for a private and sercure ToDo list that is cross platform with Mac, iOS and Windows, and possibly Linux. I'm trying to not have much of my information on mega corporations servers and have moved my email over from both iCloud and Google to something I believe and hope to be more secure. Any suggestions and leads would be greatly apprciated.
