privacy.sexy script/settings to disable Windows 10/11 auto updates?

privacy.sexy rocks, but it's got so many settings that its a bit tricky to figure out which windows "features" to disable to successfully disable automatic updates. I've tried many combinations of disabling anything with "update" in the name, but windows still updates in the background. does anyone know which things to disable to stop automatic updates from downloading?
