Privacy of online psychology sessions ? Your thoughts?

Recently I started to consider the idea of visiting a psychologist. Some of the best in my country offer mainly online sessions. I'm somewhat of a privacy obsessed person and the idea of sharing my thoughts on private topics using the internet doesn't sit well with me. I'm wondering if you ever had similar concerns and what did you decided in the end? Thanks !
