privacy heavy laptop with Intel processor

hey! I'm looking for a privacy heavy laptop. I was wondering if y'all have some suggestions. I'm looking for:
- not too expensive
- hardware switches for mic, webcam, wifi
- Intel processor
- 8gb ram
- preferably not too heavy

I don't care much for the size, although smaller is preferred, and not made by a large company.
