Privacy from ppl who have already accessed my accounts/devices previously

I'm autistic and have social shortsightedness. I became involved with some not great people, and on at least two occasions they accessed my google and apple accounts. I did not realize any of this until after multiple times they showed up to places I was at as if they'd someone tracked me. They had direct access to my phone previously on multiple occasions.
