Privacy-focused email referrals, with the exception of Tutanota and Protonmail

Tutanota has already stated that he would stop encrypting incoming emails in the event of a court order.
I use Protonmail and from what I've heard so far, they could only hand over the IP address and payment details, which are the only records they don't keep encrypted. My question is if there are other services with the same privacy policy because I don't like to keep everything in a single provider.
