Privacy-conscious Mac email client with send later, but not subscription? (One time purchase ok)

Not looking to use something like Spark or similar (singling out Spark because it's free), but can't seem to find anything else. All I want is Send Later, but my guess is that this always comes with a price, but figured I'd ask here for good measure. Thanks for any input!
