PrintNightmare - need help with possible solutions/workarounds safe enough?

i already posted about PrintNightmare but i still have some questions abouts how its working and the possible solutions that i could consider. I crawled though nearly all posts i could find in the last weeks and I still cant fathom, that there is apparently no easy solution/patch that fixes it but maybe im missing something? I would love some input of you guys if my thoughts are correct or stupid/Bad/wrong at all. Thanks in advance.
