Practicing Malware Analysis

I work in CyberSec field as a Engineer, I’m interested in picking up skills/education in the Malware Analysis area.

I’ve been reading into building a Malware Analysis machine to use, which I am going to try to today. My question for those who do this often, would you recommend Remnux or Flare VM? What are the main differences between the two?
