Practical Senior Cyber Security Training

Hi All

Does anyone have any recommendation on hands on / practical Cyber security training for senior level roles? I'm at the point in my career where by the majority of standard self study type certs are adding nothing to my actual learning.

Is there any such thing available such as an in depth security architecture training course with a follow up cert? What do people do when they generally get to this point in their career?
