Yesterday somebody at work mentioned they were actively politicking with a boss and I have my own opinions about this like “it’s not that serious” but networking and being nice cannot hurt. I prefer to let all of this happen organically. The way he swung it seemed a bit disingenuous which would be pretty weird for the boss if they knew about it.
