Playing Minecraft without migrating to a Microsoft account?

Is it possible?

I bought my minecraft.net account 12 years ago. I don't want to migrate to Microsoft. I don't want to ever have anything to do with Microsoft. Besides, my windows is the LTSC version. That means I don't have the app store. I would have to download that and Xbox gaming whatever and the Microsoft. Horrible.

Is it possible to use an old client without updating ?
