Physical Red Teaming

So I'm working at a large Cybersecurity business as a sales rep and I'm doing quite well. I know my stuff despite not having a previous cs career but rather being an owner for a software business for 12 years.
So I get a huge kick out of being in places i shouldn't and now looking to get into red teaming and especially the physical kind. Like getting into buildings, picking locks and stuff like that.
