Phone number setup for privacy and functionality?

This is the setup I’m thinking of, tell me if there are any issues with it:

1. MySudo for stuff that doesn’t require SMS verification codes or situations where I don’t need to worry about the number being blocked due to being from a VOIP provider

2. SIM card number never used to maintain privacy on phone, will rely on MySudo and other secure messaging apps instead
