Pentesting Tools/Automation - Project Ideas

Hey!

I have to do a project (2-3 months long) and I have run out of ideas. It will be cool if the project is related to pentesting and relates to building a tool/automating some task. Some ideas I had:

* A Burpsuite extension
* Exploits for Web/Mobile CVEs
* Automating some task

Is there some menial manual task that can be automated? Or some Burpsuite extensions you would love to have? Please let me know. I would love to …
