pCloud: The FAQ says that files in the crypto folder has client side encryption. Does this mean that files outside of the crypto folder are encrypted on their servers?

Im a little confused about the difference between files stored in the crypto folder vs files stored outside of it on pCloud.

Dont icedrive , sync and others offer client side encryption by default to all the files uploaded to their drive? Why does it have to be so complicated on pcloud?
