Paze is being added to many large banks as a card masking service. Good or bad?

More major banks have started adding integration with Paze, which is a debit/credit masking service similar to Privacy cards for online shopping. The service is operated by Early Warning, who also operates Zelle.
After comparing the two privacy policies, here is what worries me about Paze:
