PayPal and home address - set up anonymous LLC and non-anonymous LLC to protect my privacy while publishing a blog

To protect my privacy, I own an anonymous LLC (Anon). Anon LLC owns a working LLC (Worker). Both LLCs have principal business addresses in New Mexico. Worker has a registered agent in the state I live in.

Worker will hopefully be making money, and maybe taking payments through PayPal.

Both LLCs have bank accounts, with me as the authorized representative. The bank, of course, has my home address.
