I’m wondering if you could provide insights/advice/guidelines on how to manage patch testing. I’m starting new roles and this is one of them. My goal is to prevent issues caused by a patch.. like servers breaking that affects our customers. I’m looking for a solution that will work for a small to mid-size MSP.
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
