Opera browser supposedly recording screen every time you open it.

The new macOS version (Sonoma, 14.0) now warns you that an app is recording your screen, and it warns me Opera browser is recording my screen for \~15 s. every time I open it.

Anyone else noticed something like that with any browsers?
