Anyone know of any open source platforms out there for running Tabletop exercises for a SOC where the team is decentralized on the web?

I have come across one, OpenEx, but it seems more for the whole chain of Emergency Management, and not geared towards IR response which is more what I want to train for the SOC.

I dont particularly want to have my team leverage into our toolset for these trainings but I want to be able to …
