Onlykey vs Nitrokey vs Yubikey? or any other key

Hey all :)
I want to buy a security key to be able to login to Paypal, Amazon, bank account, etc. without the need to type my password (I don't know much about it, but I think a hardware password manager would be best for me, cause I don't trust software password managers - maybe it's wrong of me)
