OnlyFakes: Has anyone verified this article?

There's been a number of articles on the article by 404 re a website capable of generating good enough photos of passports, driving licences etc that pass ID verification on major online sites, including crypto exchanges. Has anyone in the community verified the article and the website (it appears to have gone dark since the article)?
