One person security team - run away?

I was hired on July 10th as an “IT Security Specialist” to build out BOTH Azure/AWS and security controls surrounding emailing/policies and procedures/EDR, etc. Have about 5 years of mid level exp across every domain as defined in the CISSP. Offered 120K for the role.
