Offline USB Wipe & Image

Looking to know if anyone has a tool they use to wipe usb drives and then image them, for example: wipe the usb and image a windows 11 installer.

The reason for this is because I repair alot of PC's and use the same usb key to install windows on multiple machines, I sometimes will plug the usb into a machine booted into windows, so the possibility of infecting the usb is there. I don't want to then replug that …
