Of all the "people search engines," which one is the creepiest?

While the general idea of these services is still creepy, in actuality, the depth and quality of data they provide isn't nearly as creepy as I expected.
I've only ever opted out of these services, but never really dug in to see just what the scope of the data is that they collect.
Included: Name, age, address, phone numbers, email addresses.
Not included: Photos, SSN, blood type, height, weight.
They attempt to also add social media profiles to the report, …
