Everything refers to the closed source drivers and not nouveau. I have searched up for this question and there are many answers. Some point out that on Linux it's perfectly safe since Linux is kept by professionals who won't tolerate spying on their drivers, that it won't work since Linux is ignored by Nvidia and all the code goes for Windows and there were some OLD Wireshark tests pointing out there is no Nvidia telemetry on Linux.
