NSA internship qualifications?

Hi, I am pursuing my bachelor’s in IT - cybersecurity and cyber forensics. Would like to try for an internship with NSA next summer. I’ve heard they are very competitive, what do I need to do to improve my chances? Anyone here interned/worked there that can tell me what the security check is like or what they are looking for from an intern? I have a 4.0 GPA if that helps.
