Notable finding or chasing my tail?

I haven't found any relevant http connections associated with it (yet), but am wondering if I'm chasing my tail. It could be default, as it appears date stamped significantly older than the PC itself is.
My Google searching has shown troubling results, but if this is a default entry, it's just coincidental.
Appreciate any thoughts
