Not sure the InfoSec management route is for me. How much of a career reset would pivoting to an OSCP be?

Title says it all. I have my CISSP and CISA and I've always felt that InfoSec mgmt. field felt "sterile" but recently this feeling has really creeped up on me. It feels like every report or incident debrief I write is the same: "our tools and processes are up to par but we have cyber attitude and behavioral issues throughout the org which erodes our posture blah blah blah".
