Norton Password Manager breach?

Does anyone use Norton Password Manager? I got the email the email below this morning. Ok, if my Norton login is compromised that is not that big of a deal. Already changed. But doesn't it seem they are implying my password vault might also be compromised? Does anyone have any insight?
