Computer Forensics www.reddit.com

Law enforcement provided a 94 GB mobile extraction. Cellebrite Reader will open the file, but says there is "no data" in the content section. It only provides the device information. The person who provided the extraction says they can open it without any problems. Any suggestions on how to access the data?
