Next job role into Cybersecurity

Currently, I work as a Security Manager at a medium-sized MSP in the Netherlands. The company has experienced significant growth in recent years, and management is in the process of reorganizing. They have asked me to consider my next role within the company. Currently, my focus is on the broad aspects of IT security and information security, but I am more inclined to shift my focus towards technically related security matters and leave the governance aspect behind.
