Next cyber opportunity?

Hello everyone! I have 3 YOE and I am currently on the cyber incident management team. We provide the communication aspect of things and oversee the infrastructure change, help SOC in certain requests, privacy incidents, perform outreach, etc. I am still new to cybersecurity, however I am trying to develop a path/road map.
