Newcomer here. How much privacy do we have today? Has this sub benefited your life?

My perspective is that privacy does not really exist if you are online. There will always be a weakness in something. Still, I realize that privacy is extremely important today. But again that brings the question how will we make that happen. To me it seems like the overwhelming majority of people today don't care much about privacy.
