New to Threat Hunting

Hi folks

Our teams has been tasked with starting to do more Threat Hunting in our day to day tasks with me taking the lead on it.

I currently don't know the best place to start and I'm wondering if there is guides online or videos people could recommend watching with techniques or different process for it?

I know threat hunting is a big part of security now so I will take any recommendations people have :)
