New phishing domain evading detections

There is a "new" URL shorten services "hXXps://[shrtcnl.com](http://shrtcnl.com/)"
but most DNS provider filter it as safe !! There is very little info about this domain , except its IP points to Iraq.


We have already seen some phishing attacks using this domain. Please be aware and block shrtcnl\[.\]com.

Updating blocklist manually is time consuming !
