New Email Setup? Am I missing something?

So im finalizing my plan to switch away from google and try and use alternative apps and services. Currently my personal is just [fir](mailto:firstlastname@gmail.com)stlastname@email.com and I want to divide things with aliases. So [social@alias.com](mailto:social@alias.com) [services@alias.com](mailto:services@alias.com) etc. I would have ALL my social media related accounts under one [social@alias.com](mailto:social@alias.com) and all services under another for example.
