I was recently hired right out of college and placed in a new cybersecurity leadership development program. I am the first and only development candidate at this time. The international company I work for is extremely large. I absolutely love the team that I work with and especially my direct supervisor. The only issue is I don't have 40 hours worth of work to do per week. At this point, it's honestly more like 10 hours per week.
